User Name – This is your four digit Member ID # (Example "1234"). For spouses/partners, enter the same four digit Member ID # followed by the letter A (Example "1234A").
Password – Your password has been defaulted to the first initial of your first name and your full last name (Example John Smith's enters"jsmith"). Once you initially log in for the first time we strongly recommend that you create a secure password that only you will know.
